Booking & Cancellation Policy
Deposits:
A redeemable, non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
This deposit will be applied toward the cost of your treatment on the day of your visit.
To secure your appointment, a $50 deposit per treatment is required at the time of booking.
Once your appointment is booked, you will receive a payment link via email.
The deposit must be paid immediately upon booking—whether booked online or by our team.
Appointments without a deposit will be cancelled.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:

More than 48 hours' notice: If you cancel or reschedule with more than 48 hours' notice, your $50 deposit will remain on file and can be applied toward a future booking.

Within 48 hours' notice: Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your $50 deposit as a cancellation fee.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows: If you cancel on the day of your appointment or do not show up, the full treatment fee will be charged, with your $50 deposit applied toward this amount.

Late arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show and result in the full treatment fee being charged.​

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy for Prepaid Treatments:
To ensure fairness and respect for our time, we have implemented a strict cancellation and rescheduling policy for prepaid treatments:

Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the appointment being voided, and no refund or reschedule will be provided.

You are allowed to reschedule your appointment only once. If you need to move your appointment, you must do so with more than 48 hours' notice. Once rescheduled, the appointment cannot be moved again.

No-shows will result in the forfeiture of your treatment.

Medical Cancellations:
If you need to cancel due to health reasons, a medical certificate from a local Perth GP is required to waive the full treatment fee. However, your $50 deposit will still be forfeited. Virtual or pharmacy-issued medical certificates will not be accepted.
Cancellations made during business closures (Sundays or public holidays) will be processed on the next business day.
Promotions:
For Ultraformer III 2-for-1 specials, your second treatment must be completed within three months—no exceptions.​

Our time is just as valuable as yours, and this policy ensures we can provide the best possible service to all of our clients. Unfortunately, short notice cancellations do not allow us enough time to contact clients on our waitlist who would love to take the spot.
